Delivery
Rugved Wellness have partnerd with courier all over India
- Metro cities it takes 3 to 6 business days
- Other cities and certain remote locations it takes 6 to 7 business days
- In some of the shipments it my take more than the normal delivery days due to some unavoidable reason
Defective Goods
If you notice any defect in the product you have received, then you can freely conctact us via mail info@rugvedwellness.com within 48 hours after the shipment is delivered to you. Mention your Order ID & Explain us the problem / defect you noticed. Please note that you have to send us 2 photos / videos explaing the problem / defect. Once you send us the above mentioned requirement, our team will check and revert you back within 48 to 72 hours with the best possible solution. In some extreme cases we may provide a free replacement.
Undelivered Goods
If the shipment does not get delivered to the given address at the time of checkout within the mentioned delivery period. Contact us via Mail info@rugvedwellness.com mentioning the Order ID. Our team will update you within 24 to 48 bussiness hours.
- Incorrect Delivery Address
- After 3 delivery attemps by our courier partner, due to wrong/ incorrect / imcomplete address
- Shipment Refused by receipient
Then buyer is liable to pay Rs 120 for the reshipment. No refund or change in design will be entertained in such cases.
Incorrectly Placed Order
- If you have Incorrectly Placed an Order on our website, then Rugved Wellness is not liable for any kind of return or refund.
